  • McKenzie is a multidisciplinary design-build firm aimed at improving people's lives through the creation of unique and beautiful products and spaces. It is their belief that much of one's well-being is derived from their immediate surroundings, the spaces they inhabit, and the feelings and energy those elements evoke.

  • Brand Awareness – Previous brand assets, web design, and digital marketing materials lacked optimization to increase web traffic, effectively communicate the brand narrative, or drive project acquisition and sales.

    Portfolio Display – Public access to the company portfolio was limited, and assets lacked consistent quality standards, reducing overall impact.

    Email Marketing – The company was not utilizing modern, optimized email marketing practices, leading to poor reach and engagement.

    Proposal Process – Marketing efforts for proposals were poorly branded, with no established workflow standards, limiting efficiency in acquiring new projects.

  • A comprehensive new web design was implemented, aligned with updated branding guidelines to ensure consistency and impact across all digital platforms. This branding strategy was integrated into the company's web presence, social media, and print materials. Portfolio assets were enhanced to better showcase past projects and attract new clients. The proposal process was redesigned to incorporate targeted messaging and unique differentiators, improving project acquisition.

    Modern email marketing practices were introduced, including targeted campaigns, updated email design, and data-driven strategies to enhance engagement and optimize outreach efforts.
